  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Place the electronic component in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Shipping and Labeling

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a trackable carrier to our returns department.

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 7-10 business days.
